We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new addition to the Settings page within your workspace— a dedicated section for Artificial Intelligence! This opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and unlock powerful AI-assisted features that will make your workflows smarter, faster, and more efficient. The first feature we're rolling out is auto-translation, which makes building multi-language flows easier than ever before. Ready to dive in? Let’s walk you through the process of adding your LLM and creating your first auto-translated flow.
In the new Artificial Intelligence section within your Workspace Settings page, you'll simply integrate an OpenAI or Anthropic account. Once connected, you're ready to roll.
Now that your LLM is set up, it’s time to start building your multi-language flow. Here’s how you can translate your flow into multiple languages with ease:
1️⃣ Add Additional Languages to Your Workspace
Before you start building your flow, make sure you’ve already added any additional languages you want to use. Without adding new languages to your workspace, only your default language will appear in the flow editor!
2️⃣ Auto-Translate Your Flow
A new editor window will pop up showing all the nodes in need of translation. Hit the Auto Translate button to automatically translate all nodes in your flow. If you don't see this button, that means you haven’t yet integrated your LLM.
3️⃣ Translation in Action
Your LLM will instantly translate your flow! A progress bar will show you how far along the translation process is. If needed, you can manually tweak any nodes that require additional attention, especially for things like “Wait for Response” nodes.

While LLMs are powerful, they’re not flawless. Be sure to review the translations before sending your flow out to contacts, as automated translations can occasionally have quirks. Additionally, when translating into languages with extended characters (like emojis or non-Latin scripts), keep in mind that SMS messages are limited to 160 characters in standard GSM7 alphabet. Any characters outside this range (e.g., Chinese characters or emojis) will be sent as Unicode, which shortens the message to 70 characters.
